Bemaaya Return & Refund Policy

At Bemaaya, we take great pride in the quality, fit, and craftsmanship of our pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns  in exchange for store credit on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

Please note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear, bodysuits, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email us at info@bemaaya.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If the item is returned damaged or does not meet our return conditions, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bemaaya.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.
